Micky & Suzi Read - Co-Founders, Instructors & Therapists

We are a 'husband-and-wife' team currently living and working in Devon, UK. Our work is the result of combining many of our life-long individual and common experiences, interests, passions and expertise in order to share our joint vision - of enhancing health through mindful movement - with the people in the world around us.
Moved to Move was developed with a primary focus on movement-based body-work and mindfulness education and delivery as a way to explore 'mind-body connection' and how this relates to - and can promote - the roles of self-responsibility and self-care with regards to sustaining and improving individual health and well-being, physically, mentally and emotionally.
We love working together and we both love the work we do!
